Court Number 4 marbella Denuncia Letter - November 5th 2015 - The Gary Owens Story

Denuncia of the Spanish Justice System and request for a Public Enquiry.

Without Prejudice:
I wish to bring criminal charges against Court Number 4 Marbella and the judge Dona Blanca Ester Diaz and her husband who at the time of his crime was head of the Interpol international crimes unit in Marbella, Inspector Jimenez Lomas, they are criminals and have ruined my life with their corruption and criminal acts along with negligence and dereliction of duty.

I also wish to bring charges against all the people involved in my extradition in Spain, from the UK, the court staff and justice system people who have been involved in recent times including any police officers and law enforcement agencies. Including but not limited to all the Fiscals involved in the case, all the judges involved in the case, and any other persons who handled paperwork relating to the case and extradition from the justice department.

I intend to sue for damages Without Prejudice for over two Billion UK Pounds all parties involved. I will be filing several criminal and civil cases and making several Denucias in Spain and the UK:

Criminal & Civil Lawsuits To Be Filed:
1/ Criminal and Civil actions in Spain against the Spanish Government, Justice System, and individuals named in the denuncias. Charges to include conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, attempted murder, reckless endangerment to my family and my life, victimisation and persecution, fraudulent court documents, telecommunications act charges, dereliction of duty.

2/ Relating to Illegal Extradition and False Imprisonment:
Criminal and Civil actions against the Spanish and UK Governments, Justice System, and individuals named in the denuncias. Charges to include conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, reckless endangerment to my family and my life, victimisation and persecution.

3/ Relating to the Theft of IPR by MI5, MI6 and the Free Masons:
Criminal and Civil actions in London against the Spanish and UK Governments, Justice System, and individuals named in the denuncias. Charges to include Theft of IPR, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, attempted murder, reckless endangerment to my family and my life, victimisation and persecution, fraudulent court documents, telecommunications act charges, dereliction of duty, Abuse of power.

4/ Relating to European Human Rights Case Strasbourg:
This case is relating to the overall justice systemic failures, false imprisonment and the time taken to come to a resolution. With a side issue of the use of microwave technology, voice to skull technology and RFID implants.

I will be calling for a public enquiry and holding a press conference in Madrid.

On the 13/02/1992, i received a letter from the Under secretary of State for the UK saying that they had been in contact with the Marbella court and the case was about to go to the prosecutor, here is the letter that was sent to me:



I heard nothing from the court and decided to write to them again.

This was the Forth letter sent to the Judge Dona Blanca Esther Diaz on the 12/03/92, i had not received any reply to any letters or requests made previously, i had no lawyer and could get any answers from anyone.

After receiving the first reply from the judge Dona Blanca Esther Diaz after many attempts to contact her, the letter appeared to say nothing.

I decided to talk to a prison guard, called Santiago at Granada prison who spoke English, he advised that he thought something was not right and the process did not seem normal, he said to write directly to the Fiscal in the case, and helped me translate the letter.

I sent the letter to the Fiscal on the 14th of April 1992 from Granada Prison.

I had met with the Functionary from court number 4 marbella, Blanca Esther Diaz court, and he explained that they were breaking the law and falsely imprisoning me and trying to frame me so i could not speak out about the judges negligence. I decided to make a Denuncia to the ministry of justice about this whole corrupt process.

It took some time to find out what to do. I wrote to the UK government and a councillor who was related to me, look into it using the local MP and contacts that he had. He sent me a letter that started to explain why the judge did not want me to find out about her criminal negligence.

I received letters from various UK MPs, also from the Foreign Office in London who were now prepared to talk at government level in Madrid to the justice minister, i was told by Charles Formby of the Seville consulate that Mark Lennox Boyd was going to Madrid and would raise my case with the ministry, this happened.

I received this letter from Councillor Richard Fordham who was also Vice Chairman of the Humber Bridge a billion pound plus project and his words in the letter say it all, the case was corrupt from the start, the Marbella courts are corrupt, the whole justice system is corrupt.



I then drafted this denuncia to the TSJA (Tribunal Superior Of Justice Andalucia)

As soon as the Judge found out i was going to have her imprisoned for her criminal offences the bail that i had already been given for 1 million pesetas was dropped to nothing and i was released. I was never involved in any way with the crime committed, I was not there and the judge proved that was the case at the first court hearing. This is pure corruption and criminal. I want to know what is going to be done about it!
